Centrally located between the hustle and bustle of Miramar Beach and Destin, Maravilla 4409 sits on a quiet stretch of scenic Highway 98. The whole family will enjoy Maravilla 4409; located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, it will quickly become everyone's favorite Gulf Coast getaway. On-site at Maravilla, you'll find two community pools, a hot tub, and a grilling area. The complex is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. With the well-known Destin Commons approximately three miles away and Silver Sands Premium Outlets the same distance east, virtually endless boutiques and shops await.

This condo is on the fourth floor of the building, meaning it offers a loft area upstairs. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is well-equipped to prepare every meal on your vacation. The open dining and living room area offers plenty of seating to eat meals or relax after a long day exploring the Emerald Coast. Outside, the balcony has high-top table seating and a towel rack to dry off beach towels from your day lounging on the sand.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note: The Maravilla Resort is undergoing a balcony/breezeway restoration project from August 19, 2024 to May 17, 2025, construction noise and presence should be expected at this time. The balcony of this home will be closed from October 21, 2024 - TBD

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Break 2024

Needed a 3 bedroom for this trip to separate boys from gilrs, as this is listed as. This is not a true 3 bedroom, as one bedroom is a open loft area, and has to be walked through in order to reach the other bedroom. Kitchen is extremely small, only allowing one person at a time. Really not large enough for 6 people, especially with only 2 small bathrooms.

Horrible

The home was very outdated. We had stained linen put onto our beds. The beds were uncomfortable. The upstairs had horrible ventilation. Most of the outlets didn’t work and the ones that did were scary. The cleaning staff came to change our linen and didn’t knock just opened the door- that was very disturbing to me.

Everything was just as described! Very clean. Nice and spacious, especially for a family of four. The grounds were kept up nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

Review of our stay

The property was great. They didn't finish cleaning it until around 5. The floors had not been mopped. My feet looked like grocery store feet by the time I went to bed after I showered an hour earlier. Bed slept good. The upstairs bathtub doesn't hold water(had to put a rag around the stopper to help with holding the water. Stairs going to loft area are very steep and are tile(slippery when wet) just becareful walking up and down and dont wear flip flops or socks while doing so. We did enjoy the stay and would stay again

Deceiving

When we first got there we immediately noticed it lacking in cleanliness. The coffee table was completely coated in stickiness from all the previous people. There was a disposable razor blade on the floor in the upstairs closet, along with a huge dead cockroach dead center. Obviously there are focus points when they come in to clean, but I’m not sure they even sweep the floors. Next we get to the layout of the place. It was unclear that the large king bed was actually just at the top of the stairs, in the “loft”. So if you planned on having a little privacy, you’re out of luck on that. Then the ventilation in the upstairs was nonexistent, so we had to keep the rest of the place freezing so the upstairs would be bare able. One outlet in the room with the twin and “full” bed. There were just two twin beds put together, and sleeping on them felt worse than sleeping on the tile floor. Besides the place itself. The area was enjoyable and we still managed to have a good time outside of there.

Would Not Book

Staying at this property made my family and I not ever want to stay at another Vrbo. The photos provided for this property make it look much nicer than what it is in reality. As stated in other reviews- the upstairs has absolutely NO ventilation and is essentially the same as sleeping in an attic. The upstairs bathroom is also extremely outdated, and the toilet only works about 50% of the time (so be ready to use a plunger) and not a single electric outlet works. We brought our son who is 11 months old who crawls. Every time we placed him on the floor he was picked him up and his clothing and hands being black from the floor. Again, as stated in other reviews, the property only comes with 1 single garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towel and 4 rolls of toilet paper. After the first day we had to go purchase more, which is a given. The balcony of this residence has no ocean view what so ever, and is also filthy (black tar/grease where the sliding door opens/closes). I hate leaving such a negative review but this is the reality of this property. We have stayed in many Vrbo’s but this has left such a sour taste that we will probably go back to staying at hotels.

The upstairs room are like attic. There is no air goes to that room. The toilet seat upstairs are moving every time you sit on. The toilet downstairs broke on the first day. It was taking care next day.

Enjoyed our stay minus a few minor issues

Maravilla 4409 was a great condo for our family of 4 (and the dog)! We really enjoyed having our own sleeping spaces and it was a perfect size for a short getaway. Everything was as pictured, the condo was clean and smelled great. The balcony was nice with a partial ocean view. Overall we enjoyed the condo; however, there were some things we did not care for. We had zero response from the property contact when we reached out 3 days before check in via email about beach access. We were lucky enough to have a nice couple inform us of a code for the beach access but had that not happened we’d have never gotten the gate code to even enjoy the beach. That sort of information about the property should have been left with our parking passes. The upstairs bathroom is dated but we did not have an issue. There were no extra blankets in the condo so if you’re cold natured bring your own. Despite those view things, the condo was a great place to stay and had all the appliances and necessities we needed for a few days at the beach.

Location was great and we loved the dog friendly neighborhood! Just a few things that needed to be fixed: deadbolt on door did not work, lock on balcony door did not work, a wall decor that was glued to a wall tack fell off in the middle of the night which startled us and woke us up. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Overall good experience

My only complaint is the stove top. The burners are not level and difficult to cook on. We had a minor repair issue and Vacasa came right away. Overall the condo was fine.

Perfect for my family!

Manager called to ensure we had an easy checkin! Excellent customer service! Condo kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, wifi worked great!! The extra upstairs room with 2 beds does not have an air vent or any plugs to charge devices & the tv would only play dvds in that room. Not a big deal at all for us. We wanted everyone to disconnect & enjoy time together but, super cold downstairs in order to get the extra room to a cooler temp. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!! Beach was definitely extremely crowded & no canopies were allowed through the private beach gate so we didn't get a picnic at the beach but, still a fantastic condo, comfy beds, & excellent location!!

Very disappointed

A day before we were leaving for a 2 day drive, I received a phone call from Justin from Vacasa. He informed me that the upstairs shower couldn’t be used as it was leaking down to the master bedroom. He told me he was working on having it fixed. I asked for a different unit but none were available that allowed pets. The unit was dirty and the water pressure was horrible. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a rattle noise and was wobbly. The door going out to balcony had so much grime on the track it was nearly impossible to open or close. On the up side the beach access was close and the umbrella/chair set up was nice to have. The surrounding area and walking path was convenient for a nice walk.

Cute condo- good location

Awesome property. Good location to the second pool on site. King beds in every room was great. Beach was beautiful and the walk was short from the room (minutes). Beach service was nice to have. Pool that is gulf front is awesome too. Close to all kinds of stuff. Walked to Restaurants etc. loved keyless door.

Close To Beach and Felt Like Home

The property was great overall. Plenty of towels and supplies for the length of the stay. The only complaint I would have is only one trash bag was provided for the 6 day stay and when requesting a room clean and supply refill halfway through, I was told we have to supply our own trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap otherwise there would be a charge for anyone to come out before we checked out. Besides the supply shortage, the stay was very comfortable. Cable tv provided many channels, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities you would need to cook, eat and drink.
