Broken items:
We understand that sometimes something can break accidentally, and it must be repaired so that the apartment is in condition for the next guest. Otherwise, the broken item will be reported to Airbnb and Airbnb will charge "item value + shipping cost + service" to your account.

In the rainy season, please be aware that there are mosquitoes outside that may enter the property if you open doors and windows. Please keep windows and doors closed to avoid these problems.
