If you are a local resident, please contact the host directly before booking to discuss your stay.
👉 Guest Limits:
A maximum of 10 people are allowed on the property at any given time. Exceeding this limit may result in the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
👉 Check-In Policy:
Only the individual who made the reservation and the additional guests in the booking are permitted to check in.
👉 Phone Number Requirement:
You must provide a valid phone number for accessibility and communication purposes.
👉 Guest Declaration:
All guests must provide a full list of names of everyone who will be staying. Any undeclared guests will incur an additional charge of $40 per guest, per day. Failure to declare guests could also result in the cancellation of your reservation if any of these individuals are deemed unsuitable by the host or Airbnb.
👉 Complaint Resolution:
By staying at the property, you authorize the host to enter and address any complaints or issues related to the property (e.g., amenities, cleanliness) up to the standards you require. The host does not need additional permission to resolve issues deemed unsuitable by you.
👉 Self Check-In:
This property operates on a self check-in system. You must be able and willing to follow the check-in instructions provided by the Airbnb host.

👉 Smoking Fee: $500 - $900 (depends on the service done after the stay)
👉 Late Check-Out Fee: $100 if unauthorized and exceeding 30 minutes. $150 for 2 hours.
👉 Additional Day Charge: If the property is occupied for more than 2 hours after the allowed check-out time, an additional day's charge will apply at the base rate (without any discount).
👉 Excess Cleaning Fee: $100 if the property is left excessively dirty beyond normal expectations for guest departure.
