On the first level there is the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level there is the main room with a full bathroom, closets and a Queen size bed. The finishes are of high quality and it is ideal for couples or singles looking for a modern and functional space.

The apartment has two floors, at the bottom is the living room, dining room, kitchen, a full bathroom and the terrace. In the loft is the bedroom and a bathroom with closet.

This accommodation is in the Roma neighborhood. A trendy place with restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation.
