Your arrival will be autonomous, which is why it is important to check your arrival information that I will share with you. It contains the codes for your access (do not share them with anyone else).

On the first floor you can find a Coffee break room available 24 hours a day, where you can enjoy a delicious Nespresso or soluble coffee, sugar, tea and a filter with drinking water; if you use any utensils just remember to leave everything clean for the next guest water, in case you need it, I have left some amenities such as toilet paper, iron, garbage bags and first-aid kits.

To access the property, a code will be provided for both the entrance door and your room.

Anzures is situated in the heart of Mexico City, just between Polanco and the iconic Paseo de la Reforma avenue. Safety and mobility won't be a concern here!

Just 1.7 km away from the Angel of independence, 15 min walking from Roma Norte and surrounded by other prominent neighborhoods such as Polanco, Chapultepec, and Cuauhtémoc. The neighborhood's proximity to Polanco means you'll have easy access to upscale dining and entertainment options. Chapultepec Park, is one of the largest urban parks in the world with beautiful greenery and a lot of attractions. This green oasis provides recreational opportunities and cultural attractions, making it a popular destination for locals on weekends and holidays.

Anzures has good transportation connections, with several major avenues nearby, including Paseo de la Reforma and Avenida Mariano Escobedo. It is also serviced by public transportation, such as buses and metro stations, making it relatively easy to navigate the city.

The closest metro station is Metro Sevilla, just about a 15-minute walk away. From there, you can easily access other popular neighborhoods and attractions in Mexico City. The apartment close to the metrobus line that passes Av. Paseo la Reforma which can take you to Buena Vista, to the city center and other neighbourhoods. You'll be right next to Polanco (5 min by car) and close to la Condesa and Roma Norte, allowing you to explore Mexico City more quickly and comfortably.

• The units located on the first floor don't use stairs for access, mind that units in the first floor and second will use stairs as we don't have an elevator.

• Arriving early or leaving late? Let us know and we can help you with a solution in case you need to drop your luggage. If you need Early check-in or Late check-out ask me for more details!

• Traveling with a car? Although I don't have a parking space to offer for this apartment, there's paid parking off premises and a few parking lots around our location!

• Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea and the coffee break in the common area!

-> Self-check-in via Smart Lock, keyless and contactless.


-> Smoking is strictly forbidden on all areas (including balconies).


-> Parties aren’t permitted inside our apartments. Visits aren’t permitted due to the space of the suites.


-> Be a good neighbor: Bring down the noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.


-> Building and common areas: Each building might have its specifications, contact our team for specific details, and opening hours in case you didn’t receive them before.


-> Pet’s aren’t allowed in the suites.

-> We kindly ask you to not take with you any item from the apartment, including equipment, decor objects, and linens. But feel free to use the filtered water, kitchen supplies and bath products, this is our special gift for a better experience during your stay!

-> Did something break or went missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us in case of broken or missing items so we can inform you about if specific fees and procedures apply.

-> Personal belongings and valuables brought into the building are solely the responsibility of the guest. We, therefore, aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings that are stored inside the apartments and facilities. If after your departure, you believe you forgot something of your belonging inside one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.

-> Attention: It’s forbidden to manipulate the fire alarm or smoking systems, we also don’t allow guns of any type inside the building. The non-compliance to these rules is subject to a penalty fee.

Keep in mind that non-compliance to these guidelines might result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your booking.

Luggage Drop Guidelines:

-> Baggage drop services are only available in selected units. Please contact the concierge for specific details about your unit.

-> For your check-in or check-out, you can leave your luggage for up to 8 hours.

-> Luggage drop is available only for guests.

-> Please keep in mind that you are the only one responsible for your personal items. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings and luggage during your stay.

Rooftop guidelines:

-> It is the obligation of the guest and/or user to comply with the following guidelines and usage protocols of the Rooftop:

- Hours and capacity control: Monday to Sunday - 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Maximum capacity: 8 (eight) people at the same time.

- From 4:00 p.m., the guest must open and close the space on their own. This after having notified the operator, and using the key that will be provided. The guest will be responsible during their stay on the rooftop for the key and for the correct closure of the space and placement of the key back to the lock. Otherwise, a cleaning fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Use the rooftop at your own risk: Users assume the risk of injury or accident.

-> All drinks and food brought to the Rooftop must be removed when the guest leaves the space. Otherwise, a cleaning fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> It is prohibited to change or manipulate the furniture of the Rooftop and/or take items from the apartments. Otherwise, a fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Low volume should be maintained at all times when using the space. Otherwise, a fee and/or fine will be incurred.

-> Equipment and Materials : In case of using any equipment or material located on the “Rooftop” the following must be fulfilled: The furniture cannot be removed from the "Rooftop" or used incorrectly. Make a good use of the bathroom amenities.

-> Smoking and/or consuming harmful substances is prohibited.

-> It's not a playground for children. It's not a place intended for children`s play.

-> Parties or events are not allowed.
