Ngaree - Ocean Views - An oasis up in the treetops

We love this because...
It's a classic beach house that is a little oasis away from the busyness of the Southern Peninsula, a little nest in the treetops.
Most of all we love the OCEAN VIEW from the cosy lounge and upper deck.
Our large family group (and four legged friends) spread out in the many spaces on the multiple decks. The large modern kitchen and dining gives us the ultimate entertaining space with a connection to a large deck. In summer we soak up the sun and watch the container ships slowly move through Port Phillip Bay. In the winter we can watch storms roll in with a glass of red in front of the log fire or some of us cosy up with a good movie in the snug front lounge.
The kids love the putting green and the large bush block that slopes down to the creek.
With four generous bedrooms, flexible bedding configuration and modern bathrooms its perfect for our group.
Locally, its centrally located for short drives to popular spots for all the family, Tassells Beach (the best dog friendly beach on the Peninsula) is a 4 minute drive away or for the teenagers the famous Pillars is also a 4 min drive. Golfers will love the Mount Martha Golf Course a handy 5 min drive and for the foodies drive 7 mins to Mount Martha Village and grab a table on the balcony at Mr Curtis for coffee, brekkie or lunch. For more formal dining or a casual pizza try Marthas Table (8 mins drive) and take a walk along the boardwalk and admire the boats. You may also see a friendly octopus climbing the rock walls.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. But there is also a Kennel too.
Yay! a garden but my hoomans have to keep an eye on me here because there is no fence and lots of wildlife that I have to be careful to avoid. But I can stay safely by the house in a special place for me that is all secure.
And theres a special basket just for me. No way! Whats in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
