The location is an ideal starting point for activities in any season: The Agger and Listertalsperre reservoirs are about 12 minutes away, the Sauerländer Höhenflug can be reached in 5 minutes, and the outdoor pool is just 2 minutes away.



The apartment is flooded with light thanks to many windows. You can end the evening relaxing by the cozy pellet stove or enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. In addition to the bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, there is another bed in the living area, and a comfortable pull-out couch offers an additional sleeping option. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 and offers the possibility to wash your own laundry.



In the hallway with its built-in shelves, you will find an interesting library that you are welcome to browse. A workspace with two monitors and a keyboard is available – simply connect your laptop or tablet and take care of important tasks. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable thanks to fiber optic internet.



For little guests, a travel cot and/or high chair can be provided on request.
