Please note there is a main dwelling onsite that may be occupied during your stay, and although there is a Smart TV, there is no Freeview provided. There is a DVD playerm, and an HDMI cable should the guest have their own device.As there is access to an unfenced stream in the back garden, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please be aware this property does not have a full kitchen. A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and bench top mini-oven is available for use during your stay. All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
