Villa Polluce is located in on the hillside in the lovely village of Sant' Agata sui due Golfi, where is the renowned restaurant "Don Alfonso", one of the most exclusive restaurants in Italy.
The villa is immersed in a wide garden that features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where guests you can enjoy barbecues and pizza party.
The beautiful private pool, which is approximately 60 m2 is set on the other side of the garden and it is equipped with sunbeds and parasols; the perfect place to unwind, sipping a drink or admiring the sunset.
Villa Polluce has an inner surface of 350 m2, it spreads over 4 levels, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 10 people:
The ground floor, where is the main entrance of the villa, features a spacious living room, tastefully furnished and it is divided in two areas by an antique fireplace.
The professional kitchen has all you need to self­cater. It has direct access to the garden, where the barbecue area and the pizza oven are located.
On this level of the villa there is one of the bedrooms, it is a double room with en suite bathroom with shower.
At the lower floor that you can reach through a staircase is found the laundry.
On the first floor are located three bedrooms: one single room and two double rooms, one of them has got an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi, while the other one has got a bathroom with shower.
Finally, on the second floor, which is the top floor you will find a further double bedroom with a half bathroom (no tub, no shower).
Additionally, parking space is also available for the guests of the villa.
Villa Polluce is perfect for a tranquil holiday in Sorrento coast, having everything at hand, and with the possibility to reach easily all the main tourist destinations of the area.

Neighboroodand transportation
Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is located near Massalubrense, in the Sorrento peninsula between the gulfs of Salerno and Naples. In this part of the Sorrento peninsula there are some of the most beautiful beaches.
Finally from this area you can reach Sorrento in about 20 minutes by car.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 3 nights. They include the exclusive use of the property, the change of bed linen twice a week and of the towels daily. House cleaning included (3 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday).
Use of the internal elevator excluded.
Heating is separate and the rate is € 70.00 per day
Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
Check-out time: by 10:00 am
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
Cot: € 50 (on request)
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00

Important notice: a deposit of € 500,00 has to be paid in advance in case of damages and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
