Villa Ken is a cozy property located in a quiet position, surrounded by greenery and not far from the main services. Immersed in a large garden with lawn and fruit trees, this villa offers privacy and tranquility, making it the ideal place for a relaxing vacation.
The property features large outdoor spaces both at the front and back of the house, perfect for outdoor dining. A small above-ground private pool, complete with loungers and an umbrella, is ideal for cooling off and sunbathing in total relaxation. The well-kept garden and fruit trees offer a peaceful oasis where you can read a book or simply enjoy the surrounding nature.
The interior of the villa is simply furnished but equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The villa is laid out on a single floor, offering a cozy and functional environment.
At the entrance, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a wooden dining table and chairs, perfect for preparing and enjoying family meals.
The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, television, and another table with chairs, creating a convivial area to relax after a day of exploring. The villa has two double bedrooms, both with balconies. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and connectivity throughout your stay. A washing machine is available for guests. Access to the villa is through a private gate with ample space to park two medium-sized cars.
Area and Distances
The villa is located in the small hamlet of Acquara in Massa Lubrense, in a very quiet area that is a short distance from both the center of Massa Lubrense and Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. Both towns offer all necessary services such as restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, etc. Sorrento is about 12 km away, where there is both a train station and a port that connects with Naples and other destinations along the coast.

Rental Roles:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of 250 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 11:00.
The rental price is inclusive of: one set of bed linens and of bath towels per stay, electricity, cot and highchair for babies under 2 years on request.

City tax: € 2,00 per day per person from 18 years onwards
