On the ground floor, therefore, we find a large living room, a sitting room with TV, a small but functional kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The dining room leads to the terrace with a splendid view of the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples with the imposing Vesuvius
This area is furnished with sun loungers where you can lie down to sunbathe and has a beautiful heated Jacuzzi mini-pool where you can enjoy a magical atmosphere dazzled by the light that reflects the blue of the sea and the white of the property.

On the first floor, however, there is a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with independent access to a second panoramic terrace.

The entire property is fully air conditioned.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
Late check-in fee: after 21:00 € 25; after 23:00 € 50
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, mid stay cleaning with change of bath towels for minimum 5 nights stay.

Important note: Since the street where you can park is quite narrow, small to medium sized cars are recommended.

Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):
A cash refundable deposit of 1.000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards).
