Casa 2 Ulivi is a beautiful property located in Termini, an idyllic village within walking distance of Sorrento.

Access to the house is from the garden.
Here we find olive trees, a small swimming pool, deck chairs and sun loungers to relax and sunbathe.

In addition, tables with chairs and an equipped barbecue are available to guests for the preparation and consumption of meals with a view that is the backdrop to say the least heavenly: Capri and the Gulf of Naples with its islands.

The interior is characterized by a typically rustic style with terracotta floors and furniture with wood finishes.

In detail, the dining room has large windows that illuminate an environment consisting of a beautiful white painted wooden sofa covered with large green cushions that recall the luxuriant nature outside, a table with chairs and a large fireplace;

next to it, the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances and even with a convenient dishwasher.

Casa 2 Ulivi has three bedrooms.
A double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace, a twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with two beds.
There are also two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, the other with a shower.

The entire property is equipped with an air conditioning system for both summer and winter periods.

Inside the property there is the necessary space for parking the car.

Sorrento offers a wide range of services, and is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi Coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, which can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by elevator.

Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of 400 Euros must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after an inspection takes place, in case of any damage.
Check-In time from 15:00 to 20:00 (after 20:00 until 22:00 to be organized prior to arrival; after 22:00 till midnight € 50; after midnight and no later than 3:00am not guaranteed unless previously agreed, extra cost € 100), Check-Out is by 10:00AM.
Prices include taxes Bed and bath linens (one set per person per week).
Exclusive use of the panoramic terraces; Exclusive use of the swimming pool (open from mid 10 May to 1 October) and solarium area; Private parking in the property (2 cars).

Extra costs to be paid on site
Weekly cleaning (compulsory) € 150. In case of stays superior to 7 days an additional cost of € 100 per week will be charged for weekly cleaning (compulsory) and change of linens and towels.

Electricity free up to 200 KW per week, the extra at €0,40 per KW.
Heating (radiators) 3 hours per day - €15 per day on request. (possible only in March/April – October/November).

Access not permitted to pets.
No smoking in the house.
No parties.
