The Space:
This idyllic 1,871-square-foot house is located on a peaceful, palm-tree-lined residential street in the heart of Marco Island. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, this is an ideal base for a relaxing family vacation.
Living Spaces
The inviting indoor living space has been thoughtfully designed to enjoy time quality time together. Pop up a big batch of popcorn, then settle in on the plush sofas for a movie marathon, binge-session, or to cheer on your favorite team.
Our guests’ particularly love the sliding glass door that provides direct access to the lanai. Offering a seriously tropical vibe, you can enjoy pool views from nearly any area of the living space.
There’s a workspace adjacent to the kitchen which will come in handy if you have a few tasks to tick off your to-do list, and you’ll find a washer and dryer in the utility room for keeping your vacation outfits looking and feeling fresh throughout your trip.
Kitchen & Dining
The open-plan kitchen is an ideal size for groups who love to cook together. There’s plenty of counter space so everyone can pitch in with meal prep, and you’ll find all the appliances and equipment you need for healthy snacks, fruity smoothies, and mouth-watering feasts. This includes a Keurig coffee maker to put a bounce in your step each morning, and a dishwasher to make light work of the after-dinner clean up.
When it’s time to enjoy your culinary creations, pull up a chair at the six-seater glass table. The dining area benefits from plenty of natural light during the day, and the overhead lighting will illuminate post-dinner conversations long after the sun has set. There’s also space for two at the kitchen counter which is ideal for breakfast and light bites — or for keeping the cooks company while they create their next masterpiece.
Bedrooms & Baths
Three spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms and an additional pull-out bed guarantee that your entire party sleeps soundly and has plenty of energy to explore all that Marco Island has to offer.
The primary suite is a private sanctuary with a sumptuous king-size bed that invites serene slumber. This bedroom provides direct access to the pool area via double sliding doors so you can head straight out for a morning dip while the coffee brews.
Once the adventures are over for the day, curl up and watch a movie on the 42” smart TV, or enjoy a tranquil moment reading or journaling by bedside lamplight. You’ll also appreciate the generously sized walk-in closet and the luxurious en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower.
The second bright and airy bedroom features a queen-size bed and lots of storage space. A 36” smart TV is ideal for binging your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed, and an overhead fan keeps you cool no matter how heated the on-screen drama gets.
A third spacious bedroom offers two twin beds and lots of closet space. This room is ideal for pairs of friends, and guests will cherish their memories of sharing stories and stifling giggles late into the night.
There’s space for two further guests on the comfy queen-size pull-out sofa in the living area, so nobody has to stay home and miss out on the fun. And, a second bathroom with a walk-in shower means there’s plenty of space for getting ready in the mornings.
Outdoor Amenities
Your group will love spending time together in the spacious, screened lanai. Cool off and splash around in the private pool, relax on a lounger with a great book or podcast, or spend quality time with loved ones in the comfy seating area. The lanai is also fully equipped for al fresco dining with a gas BBQ grill and dining table.
Around the front, you’ll find a lush garden complete with swaying palm trees, plus a two-car garage and a large private driveway that provide ample room to park multiple cars. You’ll also find chairs, coolers, and other outdoor equipment in the garage that’ll help make every beach day easy and fun.
Guest Access:
The closest airport is Fort Myers Airport (RSW) which is 47 miles north of Marco. The driving time to and from the airport is just under an hour.
Most guests have access to a personal vehicle during their stay, though taxis and ride-share apps are available. Golf carts are a popular way of getting around, and many reputable hire companies on the island offer short-term rentals.
