Enjoy Your Vacation in this Captivating Home!

This breathtaking home over-looking the water includes 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is located on Marco Island where you can soak in the sun at the nearest public beach!

Each room provides a luxury feel during your stay and the layout is designed to encourage a natural flow from one room to the next. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom where you can indulge in the whirlpool tub! The master also has access to the pool and lanai area. The second bedroom is also equipped with a kind-sized bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. You can walk out to the balcony to a majestic view over-looking the water. The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and access to the lanai. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a walk-in closet and a bathroom that includes a combo shower/tub. The 5th bedroom is located in the den area which has a queen bed in the sleeper sofa and it is more secluded from the rest of the home. Each bedroom has a TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows and networks!

The pool/spa area has plenty of space for you to sit and enjoy your meal by the fireplace. You can stroll down to the dock area to soak in the view while you watch boats cruise down the canals! (The dock does not include a boat lift) The kitchen provides an island and a bar area for you to enjoy your cocktails and to socialize!

Tigertail Beach is only about an 8 minute drive away from this wonderful Marco Island Home! This prime location is surrounded by upscaling restaurants and fun places for you to shop and enjoy your unforgettable vacation! Fantastic Large, Dog Friendly Home

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. We had planned for eight people, but one could not join us for entire trip. This place is a lot nicer in person compared to the pictures. We loved the pool area and jacuzzi, and the younger adults fished from dock and caught some small mangrove snapper and snook, and one monster that got off the hook. They also paddle boarded through the canals. All the folks at Marco Naples Vacation Rentals were extremely nice, helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Entire home was very clean which was most important to us. We will definitely be returning next year.Best Restaurants: The Collier House was a clear #1 favorite by everyone. La Mesa Taqueria, Joey's, and The Deck at 560 were all tied for 2nd, and were all excellent. CJ's on the Bay was very good. Food at Snook Inn was our least favorite, service was poor, but did have a nice atmosphere. We also made many stops at Sweet Annie's Ice Cream Parlour.

Amazing House and Location

The house is beautiful. It is very accommodating. Saw lots of stingray everyday from the dock. The house just needs a little TLC. Would definitely stay there again.

Big House that needs a lot of updating/fixing

The house is big with big rooms but everywhere you look it needs updates to paint, tile, furniture etc. The location is great for getting everywhere but you are on the main road which I did know having stayed there before. That didn't bother us one bit. It fits a big family and that is why we went back. It is a great value for the money if you can look past its flaws which we did. Great location to get out to the big water, all the best restaurants/starbucks and being on the north side is wonderful too. The process of getting in and out was seamless. I only rate it this low because I wish they had better amenities and maintenance. Size location and everything else was great!

Beautiful house definitely need some updating

I’m sure this house was originally built it was an amazing house , but that’s been a few years ago and nothing has really been updated since it was built. But the property manager, Kaitlyn did everything she could to make our stay smooth. The house has carpets that need to be cleaned really bad or replaced. The house needs to be power washed and cleaned really bad and a lot of the brick around pool needs some some of the issues we had were sinks not draining , shower heads needing cleaned or replaced and minor electrical issues. For the price of the house it’s a really good deal, just needs a little TLC to make it an exceptional house .

Perfect Vacation. The House was amazing. Great Location close to everything. Pool and Spa were perfect when we didnt want to go to the beach . We loved everything about this place. Definitely will return.

Family vacation

This house was fully equipped with anything you needed. House was well laid out and provided ample space for our family. Pool was nice. We had a couple of issues with AC and rats outside but the management company was excellent to work with and responded quickly. After we contacted them we had no further issues with either. If I had to make any suggestions, they would be to replace the couch as it was pretty dirty and following up with your cleaners. The house and pool area were also dirty with floors and bathrooms not clean, old q-tips on floor and large dead bugs in bedrooms and also have your pest control spray for roaches inside regularly. At night they did come out in the kitchen. It is Florida and we all know they are a problem. Some of the reviews stated the busy road was annoying with the noise but we did not see it was an issue. All in all I would recommend the house. We enjoyed our time there and location is great!

WE ARRIVED ON SATURDAY, HOUSE IN NICE CONDITION-NOT REAL HAPPY WITH THE POOL AREA THAT HAD 1 LONGE CHAIR BY THE POOL AND NOT A LOT OF ROOM AROUND THE POOL AREA-WE PAID TO HAVE THE POOL AND TUB HEATED WHICH I THINK IS WRONG. WE HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY FOR A FEW THINGS SUCH AS A BLENDER WHICH THEY BROUGHT TO US. THE ICE CUBE MAKER DIDNT WORK AND THEY COULDNT FIX IT. THE HOUSE IS ON THE MAIN ST AND VERY LOUD. IT APPEARS A REAL ESTATE OFFICE IS RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE WHEN ITS NOT RENTED. WE CALLED FOR MORE LOUNGE CHAIRS BUT THEY NEVER BROUGHT THEM. I RENT IN MARCO EVERY YEAR AND WOULD NEVER RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN. LAST THING IS THE OUTDOOR PATIO AREA HAS RATS WALKING AROUND AT NIGHT AND WAS NERVE RACKING TO SAY THE LEAST

Overall was good

Noticed multiple ants in upstairs bathrooms and kitchen. 1st floor bathroom toilet (off of pool) ran a lot. Toilet in master bathroom at top of steps ran a lot.

Property is in poor condition. Linens very stained and worn out. Some had holes. Carpets were very soiled with pet and other stains. Property manager did not return phone call regarding access to front door when we arrived. Luckily the back door was unlocked so we were able to access the property that way. The entire stay we code not unlock the front door using the access code. Bushes were so overgrown we had trouble walking on the front path the enter the house We arrived to a ton of garbage from previous guests and received an email telling us if we didn’t bring the garbage to the curb we would be fined. We did not go on vacation to put out someone else’s garbage. What’s worse is it appears as if other neighbors also put their garbage in the garbage pails on the property. The pictures that were taken of the home and posted on the web were obviously taken many years ago and grossly exaggerate the condition of the property.I would not recommend this property or this property manager. Lastly the home had worms as did the pool which was not very clean our entire stay.

Great comfortable home for multigenerational family. I would book again.

Be sure to bring paper products and soaps. The usual start-up courtesy products were not available. Housekeeping prior to our stay left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and undried bed linens in the dryer. The garbage in the outside can was overflowing when we arrived on Saturday.

Twin bedroom bath had duck tape holding shower head and should be repaired. Mattress in 1st floor master is in need of replacement along with pillows. Otherwise stay was excellent.

Perfect location, big house & pool

This property was a great size for our group and we loved the pool and outdoor lounge/grilling area. We got a great price for the busy season. The decor needs major updating to meet today’s rental standards. We did have an issue with the 1st floor master toilet flooding from the tank in the back (on its own). This flooded into the master closet carpeting and was a mess for the rest of the trip. The management company brought over a fan but they really needed to shop vac it as it began to smell and never dried.

Property in Forclosure

This property is in foreclosure and in need of several repairs. Kitchen was not well stocked, as pots and pans were in very poor condition. Housekeeping was sub-par. Urine on toilet seat and floor in an upstairs bathroom, toothpaste smears on bathroom countertop.

Large space and very convenient to all. The house worked well for our purposes which were primarily to work/live remotely on Marco for the month of Feb. The house was a bit dated and we needed to request new pots/pans and flatware. Pots/pans were terribly scratched up and didn't seem safe to use. Rental manager replaced quickly and we were very satisfied. Overall is was it was a very nice experience.
