This fabulous apartment is available to receive up to 6 guests. The property is distributed as follows:

> Living room: spacious, with beautiful decoration details to make you feel at home. It is composed of a living area, where you can relax on the large sofa while enjoying the Smart TV (WIFI). Then, the dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for 4 people. It has access to the large terrace.
> Kitchen: modern and complete, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, kettle... and all the utensils you may need during your stay. A capsule coffee maker is also provided to enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning.
> Three comfortable and bright bedrooms with storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds.
> Two beautiful bathrooms: complete with ample sink space, toilet, and shower. One of them also has a bathtub.
> Terrace: equipped with outdoor furniture. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking views and breathing fresh air.
> Central hot and cold air-conditioning.
> Washing machine, clothesline, and iron.

The urbanization also offers two communal swimming pool that guests can enjoy during their stay (open a few months a year, we suggest checking availability before booking) a beautiful bar that opens on Summer and private underground parking. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.

Santa Clara Golf Marbella: Located just minutes from the center of Marbella, this 18-hole course offers a challenging course and is designed to suit players of all levels.

Marbella Golf Country Club: Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., this 18-hole course is located just a 5-minute drive from Marbella and offers first-class facilities, including a restaurant and driving range.

Río Real Golf & Hotel: Opened in 1965, this 18-hole course follows the course of the Río Real to the Mediterranean, offering a picturesque and challenging environment for golfers.

Marbella Banu Suites: These courses are located a short drive from Avenida Albatros, offering excellent options to enjoy golf on the Costa del Sol.

Also, we are just 3 minutes away from the Costa del Sol University Hospital.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 10 pm After 10pm will not be possible to check-in by restrictions of the urbanisation.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.
*The pools are undergoing repairs and will be closed until further notice. Check availability
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. Please book if you are over 25 years old.
*Crib available on request at additional cost
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, please ask for availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
