I had a terrible experience with this accommodation. Despite already paying through the Expedia app, I was asked to pay again in cash. They cancelled the booking and told me I would receive a refund within 5 days, but the refund never came.
The unit itself was in unacceptable condition. The bed was broken, the TV was not working, and there was no cooking stove as advertised. When we requested repairs and the missing items, it took them 3 days to respond.
The host was completely unavailable, and the caretaker could not be reached multiple times. When we tried to raise the issue with the Anuva building management, they said the unit was no longer under their management, so they did not assist.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, false promises, and unacceptable living conditions. I would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.
