A simple yet comfortable apartment that is well equipped in the heart of Malaga city. An easy walk to many local

activities, it is an ideal location for a real getaway holiday. There are shops, restaurants and bars all around, as well as music venues, sports pavillions and pretty boulevards to soak in traditional Malaga surroundings.

On the fourth floor of six storey building, it has lift and access ramp (please note that there is a step into the building). The apartment has three bedrooms, one with king sized bed, the other two with double beds. All bedrooms have fans. One bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with smart TVconnected to the internet, dining area and there is hot and cold AC.

The kitchen is complete with:

- oven- gas cooker

- fridge

- freezer

- coffee machine-microwave

- toaster

- and everything you need to cook for a self- catering stay.



Great Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hair dryer and washing machine are many of the things that are included.

Includes bed linen and towels.



In the area there are numerous bars, restaurants and other services. The beach and port area is a flat walk that takes 25 minutes. There are museums, music halls and lots of local activities all around.

With street parking, though a car really is not necessary for this apartment as it is has everything on the doorstep.

Please do not leave the keys inside the lock as it may need a locksmith to open and you would be liable.Malaga Airport is 14 Km away (approx 25 minutes by taxi)

There is a Carrefour supermarket 800m away and a row of cafes and restaurants on the same street.

There is an excellent shop where you can get spices, olives, fruit and vegetables and an ice cream parlour.
