Calm, residential, and elegant, if these three words describe your ideal place to live, then Almagro is for you. With its spacious layout, stylish interiors, and delightful coastal design, Sebastiano offers a comfortable and memorable stay in Madrid.

Spanning across 127 square meters, Sebastiano provides ample space for you to relax and unwind. The apartment features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a convenient area for work or study. Another bedroom offers direct access to a charming terrace, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. The master bedroom boasts a dedicated workstation and ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience during your stay. The second detached bathroom has a bathtub for full relaxation. Both bathrooms are chic and well equipped.

The living room is a stylish and inviting space, designed for both entertainment and relaxation. The calming blues and the elegant woven furniture adds a beach vibe to the space. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable seating, allowing you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the full entertainment system. A dining table is also provided, creating the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals or gather for a memorable dining experience. The living room is bathed in natural light that streams in from the terrace, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, and offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The radial heating system provides an escape from the cold exteriors in the winter. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
