Pepe features two double bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with comfortable queen size beds, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The beach design theme adds a touch of coastal charm to the bedrooms, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom equipped with all the essentials you need for your daily routines. Whether you're starting your day with an invigorating shower or winding down in the evening with a relaxing face mask, this bathroom caters to your needs.

The heart of Pepe is the open plan living room, which combines a sitting area, dedicated workstation, and dining table. Here, you can enjoy your favorite entertainment on the entertainment system, catch up on work at the dedicated workstation, or share delicious meals with your loved ones at the dining table. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and amenities, making it easy for you to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Pepe ensures maximum comfort with air conditioning, providing a pleasant atmosphere no matter the weather outside. The building also offers the convenience of a concierge, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
