2. No events, gatherings, or parties. Outside visitors are allowed on the property only with permission from hosts PRIOR to your stay. We reserve this home for our confirmed, overnight guests.

3. QUIET HOURS from 10pm-7am to respect the neighbors & in accordance with city ordinance.

4. FOLLOW ALL POSTED HOT TUB RULES. Keep cover locked for safety and do not leave children unattended.

5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing. (we`re not going to make you clean, we promise!)

You`ll have full use of the house and yard! Entrance is through the front door with a personalized code for the length of your stay.

Our team is always available to you via messaging or text between 8am-10pm!

The neighborhood is serene and safe with established homes and easy access around town, no matter which direction you`re headed.

You will need a car for your stay, but there are several ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft available. We`re only 3 minutes from the airport should you need to rent a car!
