The living area opens onto an elegant lounge, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, coffee table, and pouf—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Next to it, the dining area features a classic-style table that adds a touch of elegance and conviviality, ideal for shared meals or pleasant moments together. The parquet floor and wood-paneled ceiling bring warmth and intimacy to the atmosphere, enhanced by the soft lighting of fabric chandeliers and the delicate tones of the decorative elements. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare your favorite dishes and has access to a charming small terrace, complete with a table for two, ideal for coffee and aperitifs outdoors. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom with access to a small balcony, both equipped with spacious dressers. Completing the apartment is a functional bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

The apartment includes one private uncovered parking space within the condominium area.

The area surrounding the apartment is full of conveniences and attractions. Directly across the street is a Coop supermarket—perfect for daily shopping. Just a 2-minute walk away are the beautiful Lugano lakeside promenade and Parco Ciani, ideal for relaxing nature walks with mountain views. From the nearby La Lanchetta restaurant, located next to a small and picturesque tourist port, you can embark on boat trips to some of the most charming lake destinations, such as Gandria, Morcote, and other enchanting lakeside villages. About 3 minutes away is the Lugano Lido, a well-equipped facility for all seasons: in winter, it offers an indoor Olympic pool, and in summer, outdoor pools, diving boards, a beach overlooking the lake, and large green areas. Tennis courts and the sailing club are also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor sports. Lugano’s historic center—with its lively Piazza Riforma, the renowned Via Nassa, and its elegant boutiques, cafés, and restaurants—is easily reachable on foot in about 10–15 minutes.

How to get there:

By car, take the “Lugano Sud” exit from the A2 motorway and follow the GPS directions. The journey takes about 10 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station, take bus No. 6 towards “Lugano Cornaredo” for 4 stops and get off at “Lugano, Campus Universitario.” Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the apartment.
