Located in central Lugano, this 10-person holiday home makes for the ideal base for a dynamic city break in the heart of the Swiss-Italian Lakes.

The apartment is located on the third floor (with a lift) and offers cosy balconies to unwind and enjoy beautiful Lugano evenings. It is flooded with sunlight and has been thoughtfully equipped with anything a guest might need for their stay. With wooden floors throughout, the rental is arranged around a spacious entrance hallway. There are 2 living rooms with a convertible sofa bed and a large Smart TV, with direct access to the balcony. A contemporary dining table with chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, are also available indoors to enjoy carefree homemade meals on your vacation.

An induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso machine, plus a small breakfast bar are available on-site.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lugano, approximately 5 minutes on foot from the lake and 8 minutes from the Piazza della Riforma, the city\'s main square. It is located above a restaurant/bar, so it may be occasionally noisy.

The city of Lugano, which lies on the border between Switzerland and Italy, is renowned for its breathtaking scenery, extensive cultural history, and top-notch dining establishments. The city hosts a lot of events all year long, such as the \"Luganomusica\" festival in the summer. The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, or MASI, frequently exhibits exhibitions of modern art. A walk along Lugano\'s renowned shoreline, with breathtaking views across the lake, is a must, as is a day cruise on the Lago di Lugano, sailing between Switzerland and Italy. Guests can also enjoy cycling on the Lugano area’s extensive 300km network.

The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.
