This new home is equipped with brand new furnishings + wifi. 3BR/2BA, spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and 2-car attached garage. New central air conditioner + heater units. Washer & dryer are located inside the garage. The living room has a 55” smart TV with prepaid Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, and cooking utensils.
NOTE: There is no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen.
Guests will have access to the entire house with 2-car attached garage. Keypad door for entrance.
NOTE: Guests share access to the driveway with a back house.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) Reserve with the exact number of guests so we can provide enough amenities.
2) NO parking on the street on WEDNESDAY from 10am – 2pm due to street sweeping. Please read signs as we are not liable for any tickets/fines.
3) Plenty of free street parking and overnight parking is allowed.
4) NO smoking indoors. There will be a $500 fee charge to clean up the smell.
5) NO parties/events on the premises.
6) Hosts are not responsible for any lost items and belongings left by guests upon check-out. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure they pack all their belongings with them.
