The 8x4-meter saltwater swimming pool, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters, offers a refreshing retreat on sunny days. Outdoors, multiple furnished verandas set the stage for delightful alfresco dining, with meals easily prepared in the barbecue area before heading inside.






This stylish and modern villa spans two floors, offering comfort and convenience for your stay. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living area featuring two cozy sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining space. Fully air-conditioned, it’s the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction cooker and all the utensils needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and the first bedroom, fitted with two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms, both air-conditioned and featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other offers a double bed and access to a private, furnished terrace—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
To ensure your comfort, towels and bed linens are refreshed every three days. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair are available. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your convenience.

- We cannot accept guests under 28 yers unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
-There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season . The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
