The apartment is newly built, located on the ground floor and has an area of 65 m². You have a double bedroom with single beds and a private bathroom, equipped with WC, bidet, spacious shower, steam bath and window. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, toaster and kettle. The living room offers a double sofa bed, with the possibility to create a private space by closing the sliding doors. There is a second bathroom with window, equipped with WC, bidet and shower with steam bath function. The apartment also has a ventilation system and independent heating.

The Borch Chalet is located in the San Rocco area of Livigno. The apartments are on the ground floor and surrounded by a large garden, while the owners live upstairs and are available for any requests. A private Turkish bath is available.



The property is just a 3-minute walk from the San Rocco ski lift, which is connected to Carosello 3000. Cross-country ski trails and bike paths are adjacent to the property, and the bus stop is right in front. A supermarket and a self-service laundry are nearby. Parking is available on site.
