The apartment is located on the 6th floor without a lift.

Take in the beautiful view of Lisbon and the Tagus river from East to West while enjoying your morning coffee. Located on the top floor, the apartment boasts an environment filled with warmth and sunlight. Recently renovated, the apartment is covered in beautiful light-colored wood that gives it a homely and comfortable vibe.

In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens, along with plenty of storage space (Wardrobe and hangers). We also provide extra blankets and pillows. Here you'll also find the ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The living room is spacious and bright, it is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a large comfortable sofa, that converts into a sofabed. And finally, the kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven and a cooking plate, so feel free to cook up a warm meal during your stay. You will also have everything necessary to do your laundry, washing machine, basket and laundry detergent.

We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience. Feel free to use any of the amenities provided!

Please note that our apartment is located on the 6th floor with no lift so be prepared to climb some stairs and enjoy the amazing view that comes with this small effort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in Alfama, an old and authentic district with old traditional houses along narrow and paved streets. The neighborhood is filled with quaint little shops, excellent restaurants and plenty of nightlife.
Right in the center of Lisbon, the apartment is very close to many historical and cultural monuments, allowing you to do and see everything by foot. Within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment, is the As Portas do Sol, Castel Sao Jorge, and also Baixa.

There are 2 metro stations fairly close to the apartment, they are Terreiro do Paço (at Praça do Comercio) and Santa Apolonia.
We do not recommend driving since Alfama is mainly pedestrian, but if you do decide to drive, there is the Campo das Cebolas parking garage in about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
