Close to all amenities and the slopes, it’s perfect for hikes and mountain adventures. The apartment comes with WiFi, a Smart TV, and is fully equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. Nestled in the heart of the Caron neighborhood, our cozy ski-in/ski-out apartment offers an ideal base for your stay in Val Thorens. With direct access to the slopes just steps away, including the nearby blue Passerelle piste, you’ll be on the slopes in no time.

Situated right above the P1 parking, and just across from the Caron shopping center, you’ll find everything from restaurants, supermarkets, to the sports center and bowling alley within walking distance. The residence is quiet, secure, and perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain, yet only minutes from the vibrant town center.

You can get to the apartment from parking P1 directly using the elevator.



Getting Around:

In the heart of the resort, our residence is within walking distance, offering optimal proximity. For easy unloading, travelers can temporarily park in front of the residence. Just 50 meters away, Parking P1 awaits, providing a convenient solution. Additionally, travelers with electric vehicles can take advantage of the charging stations available in Parking P1.
