The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 45 m² family chalet, which can accommodate up to 5 people, for rent in Les Angles, with a ski lift within walking distance. It comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

This small family chalet is designed to be simple and friendly.

The accommodation comprises
- Entrance hall: small corridor with cupboard, 5-ski rack and separate WC
- A 22 m² living room with TV. The wood-burning stove is decorative.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom

A small wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area:
- On the right, an attic bedroom with window, small chest of drawers, double bed, small cupboard with wardrobe.
- On the left is a second bedroom with a double bed and a small alcove for a single bed.

Outside:
- A terrace of approx. 20 m2 with breathtaking views of fir trees, Lac de Matemale and snow-capped peaks...

The chalet is ideally located in the resort of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
- Take the free shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the Balcère lake, the ski slopes and the town centre (2 shuttle bus stops 50 m from the chalet).
- Ski resort, skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss, cross-country skiing...
- Dog-sleigh rides, ice diving,
- Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa aqua ludique.
- Summer sledging open all year round, electrically-assisted mountain bikes suitable for snow,

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the chalet.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Shuttles to the various districts of the town and the ski area.
- Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse train station 14 km away (19 min by car)
- Perpignan airport 96 km away (1h40 by car).

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional, subject to a supplement of €70 payable to the concierge.
- For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to the chalet.
- The wood-burning stove is not operational.
