Apulia Large Villa rental in San Cataldo near Lecce

A splendid Villa with swimming pool in San Cataldo, nice seaside town where you can find lovely restaurants and bars. The property is only 12 km away from Apulia’s most important Baroque city, Lecce, approximately 4 km from the renowned Acaya Golf Club (18 holes), and only 2km from the small airport Lepore (light aircraft only).

The Villa is tastefully furnished and is provided with a TV, stereo, CD player, telephone, Wi-Fi. It is surrounded by a beautiful lush and well looked-after garden, and is on two levels.

On the ground floor: a large living room with a fireplace and TV area, a second living area with stone seats and cushions, a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower, a dining room also with a fireplace and table for 12 persons, large fully equipped kitchen with hobs and two ovens, two fridges, two freezers, a microwave, a dishwasher and various other utensils.
On the first floor: a living room situated between the various bedrooms, 4 master bedrooms each with a bath/shower with exclusive use, a twin room with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, another master bedroom which shares a bathroom with another small twin bedroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and access to the terrace which surrounds the whole first floor and is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Outdoor area: two large porticos with garden furniture (sofas and a teak table), barbecue, vast garden with palms and Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the swimming pool (7m * 17m), for which there are changing rooms and 2 showers (1 internal with hot water and 1 external). There is also a tennis court. The Villa has two entrances and has parking space for 6 cars, 4 of which are shaded. An annex serves as residence for domestic staff, and houses a laundry room. A small part of the garden is fenced and may thus be suitable to house dogs.

The weekly price includes: 1 set of bed and bathroom linen for each bed, electricity and water consumption, housekeeping service 3 days a week. Please note that the price does not include the electricity consumption resulting from the use of air conditioning or heating, and the final cleaning fee which amounts to € 300,00. There is a security deposit of € 500,00 to be paid on arrival.
