## Space

Domaine Bellevue offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Sainte‑Victoire massif and the Luberon range. This refined manor house, decorated with elegance and equipped with premium amenities, spans three light-filled levels.
On the ground floor, a generous entrance hall leads to a fully equipped open kitchen, a welcoming dining area, an elegant living room with a large corner sofa, smart TV, and wine cellar. This living area opens onto a spacious 250 m² south-facing terrace with direct access to the 15 × 5 m infinity pool.

🍽️ The marble kitchen blends beauty and practicality with high-end Siemens appliances including an oven, induction cooktop with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Refined tableware and glasses—perfect for wine and cocktails—are provided. A solid wood dining table seats up to ten guests for dinners that are both warm and sophisticated.

🛏️ This level also features two bedrooms.
The first, facing northwest toward La Quille, includes a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), dressing room, private shower, and toilet.
The second, facing due north, is furnished with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. Separate toilets are also available on this floor.

🛏️ Upstairs, a desk-library space with armchairs leads to two magnificent suites:
– Master suite, facing the pool and Sainte‑Victoire, offers 70 m² of space with a King-size bed (200 × 200 cm), large sofa, bathroom with shower, bathtub, double vanity, a dressing area with mirror and vanity table, plus a private terrace.
– Second suite, overlooking La Quille and the old village, includes a King-size bed (180 × 200 cm), armchair, dressing room, and shower room with toilet. Separate toilets are also located on this level.

🛏️ The garden level features two additional bedrooms.
The first includes a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), dressing room, and private shower room with optional interior or independent access.
The second, simpler room, facing northwest, serves as a sleeping area with a Queen-size bed (160 × 190 cm). Separate toilets are available here.
An independent service suite, accessible from the garden, completes this level: Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), shower room, toilet, and double vanity.
This floor also features a refined bar area with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a cinema room.

Domaine Bellevue has seven bedrooms, all furnished with premium bedding to ensure a restorative sleep. Each room offers individual heating for winter and silent Dreo fans for summer. The master suite, facing southeast, benefits from soft morning light. Other rooms—bright and comfortable—are equipped with double beds, bedside tables, and carefully designed lighting. Built to hotel standards, the structure includes seismic reinforcement and fire doors in every room for enhanced safety.

❄️ Air conditioning is available in the master suite and living room to cool the garden level, with additional fans provided in the other bedrooms.
🛜 The estate is equipped with fiber, offering a download speed of 941 Mb/s and an upload speed of 765 Mb/s.

🎬 For relaxation year-round, Domaine Bellevue offers a complete wellness area: private cinema room with five comfortable seats, an indoor heated pool in winter (12 × 4 m, depth 1.30 m), and a shallow outdoor square pool with built-in bench (non-heated, available from May to September).

☀️ Outside, enjoy the superb 15 x 5 m infinity pool (depth 1.70 m to 1.90 m) with breathtaking views of Mont Sainte-Victoire. Open all year round (unheated), it’s especially pleasant from May to September. Adjustable sun loungers invite you to fully enjoy the sunshine. The landscaped, fully enclosed garden dotted with olive trees also features a ping-pong table. A small decorative pond completes the outdoor space. A large table with ten chairs, comfortable armchairs, and an electric plancha allow you to share delicious open-air meals in a typically Provençal atmosphere.

## Access

Ideally located in the heart of Provence’s wine châteaux region, between Aix-en-Provence, the Alpilles and the Luberon, Domaine Bellevue enjoys a preserved natural setting and absolute tranquillity, while being only 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 25 minutes from Lourmarin. This exceptional property offers outstanding comfort and an idyllic environment to fully experience the Provençal art of living in total harmony with nature.

🔨 This recently built Provençal farmhouse, facing southeast, overlooks the majestic Sainte-Victoire mountain, made famous by Cézanne’s paintings. Part of the massif, as well as the Château de Vauvenargues at its foot, still belongs to the Picasso family. Domaine Bellevue was built using dry stone from the estate, with each block hand-carved by a master stonemason from Gordes—a testament to rare and authentic craftsmanship.

The house offers 470 m² of living space at the heart of nearly 6 hectares of landscaped grounds planted with olive trees, vineyards, forest, and Mediterranean flora. Though located deep in the countryside, the estate maintains a perfect balance between seclusion and local life, with a few discreet neighbouring homes and no overlook, ensuring absolute tranquillity in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

🚗 A reinforced domestic socket (type 2P+T – 16A) is available in the garage for electric vehicle charging. It is a standard plug that allows slow charging—guests must bring their own compatible cable or adapter.

✅ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries (shampoo and shower gel). Upon arrival, you’ll also find coffee pods, tea bags, and essential kitchen items to help you start your stay smoothly.

Families are welcome: a travel cot, high chair and small baby bathtub are available upon prior request via the check-in form.

Her work harmoniously blends volumes, materials and colours, always putting the guest experience at the heart of the design. The result: a space that is both elegant and practical.

To best prepare for your stay, we invite you to complete our online check-in form before your arrival. This form collects your contact details, number of guests, bed preferences, comments, estimated arrival time, and the information required for invoicing and mandatory police forms for foreign travellers.
