It’s a nice house, but it does not have lights in the pool. Several knobs are broken, and the door can be frustrating since you have to try many times to insert the pin to open it. There is no game room as mentioned. On the positive side, the host was kind enough to let us check out later without extra fees.

Not Like the Pictures

The house felt like a frat house. Everything was kind of dirty, the appliances were either partially broken (parts coming off) or not working at all. I would say the only good thing about the place was that the AC ran well.

Disappointing

Pictures on the site were great... reality was much different. Property was dirty. Marks all over walls as if they havent been cleaned in a VERY long time. Large gaps in the very cheap laminate flooring. Home looks like a bad DIY job but worse. Will not go back

This house is dangerous specially with kids or non swimmers. Please avoid!!! Everything mentioned in the property description is somewhat accurate except the Pool! The pool is 12 ft deep and there's a sudden depth drop, more like an uneven step, towards the middle of the tank. I'm not sure how it passed city inspection or was it even inspected by Expedia / VRBO before listing it on their platform. Adding on to it, there are no signboards, depth markers or even basic safety gear such as lifejackets, safety ropes or lifebuoy. Moreover the pool area and the surroundings are not well lit and the only light visible at night are the ones installed within the pool. We had a unfortunate experience during our recent stay. Within our group, an adult, drowned in the pool. The only thing we could access to get him out was the pool cleaning stick, which was also not easy to find in the dark. The person was unconscious in the water for at least 2-3 mins and we lost all hope. Emergency services were quick to respond, and after 3 days in ER ICU, they were able to revive him from his ordeal. Although still recovering, he might not be able to fully recover from the trauma for a long time. While we're legally pursuing the matter with the owner and the booking platform, the listing is still active. When we called Expedia we were told that the best way is to leave a review. Apparently Expedia too is not concerned about the safety of its customers and only interested in making money!

DISAPPOINTING

Pros- decent location in a neighborhood, close to grocery & restaurants, parking in the driveway big enough for our 12 passenger van & another vehicle, lots of dining space. Cons- everything was dirty. I hope I get refunded the cleaning fee, because there's no way someone did a thorough cleaning job on that house before our stay. Pool was dirty, broken pool noodle in filter, beer bottle caps all over outside & wasps swarming the pool. Palm tree next to the pool is dying & constantly shedding into the pool. Dirty fork on a shelf, didn't look like the floors had been swept, towels felt crusty. No mattress pads on any beds. Fitted sheets are loose, so they come off when sleeping & you wake up laying on a bare mattress. Flattest pillows I have ever experienced. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 4 washcloths total for 12 people to stay 4 days. Multiple loose door handles, 2 the toilets aren't bolted down so they lean when you sit on them. The counter has bolts in it and there are spots where your drink falls over when you sit it down. Broken shower the first night. They sent a plumber the next day who was supposed to be there at 10am, but didn't show up until 11:30. Pool guy showed up unannounced on Sat morning. Bunk beds are not real stable and don't have the original ladders. No adult bedrooms on the first floor, only the bunk room. No couch. Floor tiles in the showers instead of shower tiles, so it's very slippery. Pictures on the listing are NOT recent pics.

I would come back to this property, very nice has a big pool and all the rooms were nicely kept up. The house was everything we needed. The strip is literally like 5 minutes away. The communication with the home owner was great we had no problems . Nice quiet area went as a group of 10 ppl and not one of us had a complain.

This house was a fun place for our bachelor party. The house is older and had some DIY repairs. It was a fun place for the boys to stay but a bit too frat house for girls.

It was great but...

Communication great, but when we arrived there was trash outside, trash cans full with foul smell, dirty clothes by the pool. And something that through me off and was upsetting was that I found gummies and cannabis bags in one of the cabinets while looking for a pot to make dinner. I have teenagers with me and did NOT want them getting ahold of these. I tossed them in the trash because they were there since march 22. Receipt and all. Pool did not have a heating system, which we were told by the pool guy that dropped by unexpectedly on Saturday that the heater was broken and he yelled at my 2 year old for throwing rocks in the pool( he is 2!) And rocks were being removed when we were able to brave the cold water. (I communicated with leslie about the trash cans, but other things i was just to upset)

Host is Clueless

Asked to check in a few hours early so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around, tried to charge a fee to check in 2 hours early. Gave the wrong address for the property. Would not give the door code until 4pm (check in time) and then when 4pm came around, I got no info and host would not answer the phone. Finally responded at 4:30 to give the door code. Asked for wifi info, host did not know what it was, finally found the info ourselves on a little chalkboard in the kitchen wall. The house is what you expect, run down overpriced place taking advantage of people visiting Vegas but we knew this going in. I definitely would not use this host again and would honestly pay more to go somewhere else.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

I texted the owner (or one of the people responsible of the house…) the day before to get the code to access the house and he/she provided me with with a code to a key box that contained the key and send me pictures of the front of the house (which was not on the site to compare...). When my team arrived around 2 am they couldn't find the key box and the door had access code on the handle. So, my team had to find an hotel at 2am, so they could rest before their business obligation that was waiting for them in the morning. My team reached out to me in the morning to tell me about the situation. So, I texted the owner to request a refund of the night (you cannot speak to them over the phone... ) and they mentioned that they won’t reimburse us the night as they provide a 24h services, despite the fact that they haven’t provided the right information from the get-go to have access to the house. In addition to that, the house was not super clean. There was hair on the supposedly clean towel and hair in the shower, suspicious stain on the bed sheets even though they seemed clean and the house was cold. Not a great experience for business people...
