♛ Bedroom 2: King-Size Bed - Casita with separate entrance, for added privacy. NO en-suite bathroom. Please note that occupants of the casita will need to step outside and enter the main home (a few steps away, see photo) to use the bathroom / living room / kitchen / pool amenities.

* We require government issued ID of primary guest and a list of full names of all guests to fully confirm your reservation. *

* Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera, facing toward the driveway. It records audio and video 24/7. It does NOT look into interior spaces.*

* We have noise monitoring devices inside the living room and outside the house. It does NOT record any conversations; only decibel levels.*

GUEST ACCESS

The front doors are equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code for contact-less check in.

Garage parking available. Instructions to access the garage will be given via email; the Chamberlain MyQ app will need to be installed.

Check in anytime after 3pm Pacific Time. Check out is 10am Pacific Time.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 and asked to leave without refund.

★ GRILL ★
We check propane tank levels but usually can not guarantee availability. If the tanks needs filling, we kindly ask guests to refill in nearby stations and we will reimburse the cost. Please clean the grill after use.

★ PRIVATE PARKING ★
Parking for up to 3 cars (2 if you have 1 SUV or Mini Van). No RVs please.

★ INTERNET/CABLE ★
Free High Speed Wireless Internet
TVs with Roku in each bedroom (bring your own login)

★ LAUNDRY ★
We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

★ AMENITIES ★
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom can liners. We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional supplies appropriate for your stay duration and extra towels, blankets, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, coffee, Nespresso pods, etc.

★ REFUNDS/CHANGES ★
We are not able to offer refunds nor allow date changes for weather, natural disasters, accidents, death or illness. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.
