This 2,700 square foot waterfront estate is a private sanctuary, yet still close and convenient to the heart of Lake Lure. It features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom and common living area provides private deck access, allowing you to embrace the fresh mountain air and scenic beauty of Western North Carolina.

The main level features a great room with stone gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and large flat screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything your need to feel right at home. The dining room table seats eight with overflow seating at the kitchen counter for five. The main level master suite has a private bathroom with shower and soaking tub. There is even a full size office area off the master bedroom if you need to work while on vacation.

The lower level has a family room with flat screen TV and access to a deck. There are two traditional bedrooms downstairs. The first has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second has a queen size bed plus a bunkbed with a double mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The lower level family room does have the ability to be closed-off with doors, making it a private sleeping area with queen sleeper sofa.
