Boasting 4,900 sq feet over four levels, the Treehouse handles large groups easily with space for the whole crew to hang out, relax and have fun – on every level! This one-of-a-kind Lake Harmony home features three relaxing living areas with Smart TVs, three lake facing decks with bars and seating, indoor-outdoor fireplaces, a pool table, and a basement game room featuring a BIG BUCK WORLD Arcade Game tucked away for the noise makers!

The upper level loft space is dedicated to downtime and dining with a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, all the gadgets and essentials for the cooks, custom log dining tables to seat everyone, and comfy space to unwind around the fireplace, indoors and out! We stayed at the treehouse for a bachelor party and it was the perfect fit. The space was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious with great views all around. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from the lake and within walking distance to the bars. It was a little on the pricey side, but totally understandable since we booked during peak season. Overall, an excellent stay that made our weekend memorable.

Amazing house

We stayed for a long weekend with our siblings and their families. The house is amazing and has everything so you don’t need to venture out unless you want to. Very roomy and better than the pictures. Perfect location and will stay here again.

Perfect Super Bowl weekend

With 7 families, this house fit our needs perfectly. Enough space to not be on top of each other and plenty for all ages to keep occupied with. Everyone had a blast and the convenience to both Jack Frost (4 miles) and Big Boulder (1 mile) can’t be beat. The outdoor amenities were all in good working order (hot tub and sauna). Management was extremely responsive with any questions. We can only hope to be back next year! No complaints at all other than the very slippery wooden steps at the entry just from being wet.

Fantastic venue

My team of health coaches absolutely loved the Treehouse! It is decorated beautifully with some pretty unique touches! There were 20 of us and we had plenty of room with many places to gather and chat! Having most of our activity up on the 4th floor with the kitchen and living/dining area meant we needed to climb lots of stairs which was great healthy motion for us! We would love to make this a fall tradition! Clean, beautiful, relaxing, roomy.... easy check in and check out. Only suggestion would be to have a few full length mirrors for guests.... but it was pretty much perfect!

Great spot for a large group

There was plenty of room for our group, a great big kitchen, multiple different living areas, we had great weather so we were able to also hang outside and enjoy the different balconies. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be able to stay here again on another large group outing.

Spacious Home for a Family Reunion

We were delighted by the layout of the home and accommodations for 15 adults and an infant. There was sufficient seating for meals and enough plates and utensils. The three living areas and game room were perfect as well as the outdoor hot tub, fire pits and bar area. Wonderful! We were less delighted by the minimal paper goods and total absence of any condiments or food. Being from out of the area this required an immediate trip to a grocery store. Likewise there was no firewood. The outdoor items golf and kayak / canoe should be listed as nearby activities, and the "easy access to lake activities" was a rocky area across the street which did not meet our definition of beach and was posted as property of Lake Harmony Estates, which does not include The Treehouse. As far as contact with the owner, the response to every question was four messages directing contact to Pocono Mountain Rentals. Therefore, it may be best to contract with them directly as the price may be less ...

Great House, Friendly Management

We had a great time at the treehouse. Plenty of beds, games, and outdoor space. Very clean and no issues with the house or amenities at all. Management was also friendly and responded within the hour to bring coffee filters and firewood for us. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great stay, really spacious house. Had a minor issue with a man that tried to come into our house to “charge his phone” at around 1AM drunk and walking alone. which was weird considering the fact that we had children in the house. Other than that, the house was just as advertised.

Great for large groups

We rented Kevin's home for a work retreat. It was perfect with SO MANY bedrooms with a lot of beds. Plenty of space to spread out between the basement game room, the three porches with bars and seating and the two living rooms. Very accessible to the lake and activities. We even had a shuttle bus be able to back in and drop us off. The one downside for a large group is that the quiet hours are very strict of 11pm until 7am. The neighbor behind Kevin is strict about calling the authorities if you are not inside at that time. Lastly, be prepared to make your own bed as all of the sheets are just left on top. This is common in Lake Harmony. We rented another house down the street and had the same experience. If you love wildlife, you are going to see a TON of deer and beautiful sunrises. Thank you Kevin!

15 very happy people. The house was very clean and convenient to many different activities. The owners were extremely responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The sandwiches and cookies the owner had delivered was much appreciated and enjoyed!!

Perfect Lakehouse for a large group!

We booked this house for a large group celebrating a 30th birthday and a joint bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! Our entire party was comfortable in their bedrooms and having the multiple areas to hang out on each level, including outdoor decks and a great backyard space/hot tub was phenomenal. The host was responsive and accommodating, even giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you're looking for a great property on Lake Harmony for a large group, this is truly the perfect place to rent. Can't wait to come back in the future!

Beautiful House ~ Not on the Lake

Kevin, was really great but the house had issues since the moment we walked in. There was a flood in the basement some kind of back up so that play area was unavailable due to flooding. They fixed it the leak and cleaning company came the next day but sewer smell was still there. We found dirty plates and cups in the cupboard so that called for turning the dishwasher on to run all the stuff that we were going to use through the dishwasher. Fridge was also dirty. Comforters on some beds had stains. Out door grill needs deep cleaning as some of the grease on the bottom caught on fire and we had to clean it ourselves. House is huge it was 28 of us and we were all very comfortable. Deck space is amazing we all enjoyed it. , small public beach is across the street. Our group is big volleyball paying group but there was not space to put up a net and it's all gravel. Lake is very small and very very busy on the weekend.. We enjoyed hiking trails, lake and ice cram. Overall we had a great vacation. Flooding is something that is unexpected but we were all concerned with some of the issues with cleanliness. I would like to thank Kevin staying on top of things and being apologetic.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a group of 20 with ages ranging from 3 to mid-70's. The Treehouse was well maintained, clean, and beautiful. Bedrooms on the first floor and easily accessible showers made it great for all ages. Kevin was very patient with any questions we had before hand. We would absolutely go back!
