Our villa is located 7 minutes from Lake Sumter Square, 7 minutes from Spanish Springs Square, which is conveniently just around the corner. It is also within walking distance to the Tiera del Sol Country Club, which features a swimming pool and a restaurant recognized as the finest country club dining establishment in all of The Villages. This is an excellent location for you to explore The Villages in the most enjoyable manner.

Enjoy a delightful stay in my peaceful 2 bedrooms house at The villages. The unit is equipped with AC, Wifi, coffee maker, bean grinder, air fryer, toaster, ceiling fans and 2 fridges.

One in the kitchen and the other in the garage. To make your stay comfortable. Large open kitchen with Pantry and seating for two at the island.

The spacious larger rooms with an open plan living dining area, all laminate floors or tile, no carpet, 3 solar tubes bring in extra lighting. Fully furnished, leather living room sofa and ottomans, 65" tv.

The master bedroom features new queen size orthopedic mattress with multi positional adjustments, adjustable lifting headrests, lifting knee rest and foot rest, and foot massage feature, 50" smart tv, and 2 closets. The master bath features a walk in shower with seat, cabinets for storage as well as custom glass shelving, large dual back lit mirrors.

The relaxing guest bedroom has a new queen size luxurious bed and It includes all household necessities and bath linens. There is a safe box builder into the guest closet with a key to protect your valuables and keep them safe.

Washer/dryer closet inside. A 2 car garage also accommodates the gas powered golf cart. Gas powered Yamaha golf cart provided courtesy of the landlord is included.

Pets: We only allow less then 20 lbs small-medium size dogs for a pet fee $150. If you have a large dog,, Please inquire and provide information about your pet; exceptions may be approved with a security deposit and an extra fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (hair, poo, etc.). Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the lanai, garage, or yard.

Gas powered golf cart provided courtesy of the landlord is included. we offer a FREE golf cart to use during your stay. However, you are responsible for refilling the tank before departure, or you will incur a $30 refill fee. If you use the golf cart, you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the golf cart during your stay. You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old to use the golf cart at this property. If the golf cart isn't available due to maintenance, damage, etc., we will not offer reimbursement, refunds, or pay for a replacement. Again, you are fully responsible for any damage to the golf cart or injuries to yourself or others.

Features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets, additional fridge. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill.

About the passes, we can only order 2 guest passes for you so you can access all the activities. You will have to provide us your mailing address, email address and phone # so we place the order and you will pick them up at the sale

You pay $119.00 when you book your reservation as a damage deposit and it will be refunded at checkout if there is no damage.
Minimum 2 weeks stay to include golf cart. Shorter stays please inquire.
