Holiday Home "Gite Chez Léontine" with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in the charming hamlet of Meyraguet in Lacave, this spacious 180 m² holiday home welcomes up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and a living room. You will find one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, another with a 160 cm double bed that can be converted into two singles, an upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second upstairs bedroom with three 90 cm beds, and a basement bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a 140 cm bed. The mezzanine upstairs also has two 90 cm sofa beds. The fully equipped private kitchen has everything needed to cook for 14: dishwasher, induction cooktop, large fridge with cold water dispenser and freezer, filter coffee maker, and pod coffee machine. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, 2 baby beds, a high chair, and self check-in. Shared spaces include a playground, table tennis, toys and books for children, and a bike storage room.



Outside, relax in your private garden, on the large shaded terrace, or around the wood barbecue and gas plancha. The property features a spacious enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and children’s games.



Six shared parking spaces are available on site in the enclosed courtyard. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Parties are not permitted.



The house is open year-round, with a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends. Located in the countryside, it is close to attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, and Souillac, and near the Dordogne and a supervised beach.

A towel kit is available as an option for an extra fee.
