The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with flat screen TV. Lastly, the third sleeping space is the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bath has a shower/tub combination as well. The comfortable bedroom features 1 king bed, but there is also an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living space. There is access to a washer and dryer in the garage (shared).

- Offers AC, but the other units do not. There are 3 units on one property. As a compound booking, you have access to the entire property encompassing all three units accommodating up to 22 guests. The back patio is shared with all the units. Garage may be used by guests. There is laundry in the garage as well as in Unit B (2 bedroom). -- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pets ok with approval and fee of $150 plus tax per pet.
- Pack n Plays and High Chairs can be rented - for $25 plus tax for each.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
