The apartment is on two floors with two bedrooms, a living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. From the kitchen guests have access to the balcony which looks towards the village of Šutno.

Apartment Lanita located next to woods and vineyard is a calm escape for guests to relax in a very homey atmosphere with the option to hold a BBQ picnic and with prior inquiry have a wine degustation tur in the lovely wine cellar With two bedrooms and additional beds available in the living room the apartment can accomodate up to 8 guests. It has a private bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, sink with mirror and all basic toiletries and towels provided. The formerly mentioned living room is spacious with a single bed placed at the side and the sofa doubling as an additional double bed. A TV is available to guests as well as books and toys for kids. In the ground floor the well equipped kitchen is located where guests can prepare their own meals as an oven, stove, toaster, microwave and kitchen utensils are available.
