A skier's dream location, because the 1st class groomed ski trail runs behind the house. A 1 km long ski trip to the nearest wilderness café, suitable for the youngest members of the family.

Downstairs bedrooms have 160cm double beds.
Upstairs in the loft (bedroom 3 in the ad) 3 x 80cm wide frame mattress beds. In addition, 2 mattresses.
A separate workspace with one screen.

High chair, bathtub, potty and travel cot available for babies.
A steep staircase leads to the loft.
Note that there are no child gates.
The cabin has a drying cabinet and a washing machine.
The cabin has water circulation floor heating throughout.

Bring your own sheets and towels or order them for (€25/person) in advance. Please note that the availability of these cannot be guaranteed for last-minute reservations.

In winter, good ski trails start right behind the house (note: the trail is wrongly marked on some map services and it actually goes behind the cottage nowadays). In summer and autumn, great hiking opportunities in Ylläs and berry fields around the cottage. There are also mountain bike trails nearby.
Guest access
The entire apartment is available to guests.
Parking space for 2 cars in the yard of the house.

Upon departure, final cleaning done by yourself or can be purchased for €90.

1-2 baskets of firewood are included in the price.
