The space
Walk up the exterior stairs to your private deck entrance and step into an open concept living and kitchen area. The main living space has two comfortable sofas and a large TV with streaming apps so you can relax after a day on the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, glassware and cookware. A long island with bar stools keeps everyone together while meals and snacks come together, whether you are making breakfast before first chair or a simple dinner at home.

Down the hallway you will find three bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedroom includes one queen bed and a dedicated desk, ideal for remote work, quiet calls or anyone who needs a bit more privacy. The second bedroom has a built in twin over twin bunk. The third bedroom has two built in twin over twin bunks, creating four twin beds and a natural hangout for kids or friends. In total the home offers one queen and six twin beds, sleeping up to eight guests. The bathroom has a shower only layout, which keeps morning and evening routines moving. A stacked washer and dryer are available in the unit so you can dry gear and refresh layers during longer stays.

Heating keeps the home comfortable in the colder months. There is no air conditioning. In warmer seasons guests typically use the windows and fans to take advantage of the cooler Vermont evenings.

Outdoor area
The property sits on a wooded lot with a relaxed, mountain neighborhood feel. The upper unit has its own deck entrance and exterior stairs leading directly to your front door. Outside, there is a shared fire pit area that both the upper and lower units can use, a nice spot to unwind under the stars after a day at Killington or Pico.

Parking is flat and directly in front of the home, with space for up to three cars on the left side of the driveway reserved for this unit. In winter, the flat parking and straightforward access make arrivals and departures noticeably easier than some of the steeper side roads in the area.
