THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The open concept of the living area is ideal for spending time together with all your mates. When you’re not out exploring the waters, relax on the comfy sofas that sit in front of the large flat screen TV. A Queen-sized Murphy bed folds out of the cabinet in the living room to accommodate two extra guests, and there’s a full bathroom just down the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and tools needed to prepare a meal from the comfort of home. There’s an indoor dining table that seats four and two extra seats at the kitchen bar. The large wrap-around balcony offers a peaceful setting to break away from the crew or to enjoy an outdoor meal using the dining set with seating for four.

Coconut Mallory is a waterfront community about 3 miles from Duval Street that provides resort-style amenities, including two large pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and much more. Hop in one of the two on-site pools to cool down after soaking up the sun at Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach just 2 miles away. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use. Boat slip rentals available to rent through Last Key Realty at the Marina for an extra per day charge for easy access to the beautiful waters of the Lower Keys. Inquire for details.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
