As guests, you will have complete and exclusive access to this gorgeous studio through a private entrance. You are welcome to use the supplied equipment and enjoy access to the community amenities, including the swimming pool. Please note that smoking is only allowed in the tiki hut area. Self-check-in and a keypad locking system ensure that arrival is seamless.

All visitors must be pre-approved by the host prior to arrival, and a lack of compliance in adhering to the strict maximum guest limit will result in the forfeiting of the security deposit.

There is free parking for one vehicle, but additional parking may be available. Feel free to contact us regarding parking requirements. A personal vehicle is ideal for getting around in the area, and a car rental is highly recommended.

There is docking space available, as well as parking for trailers should you need it. There is also a boat ramp for up to 24’-25’ boats and a ramp for larger boats around 10 to 15 minutes from the property. Boat rental and boat captain services are available during your stay for an additional charge.

*Check-out is at 10:00 am, any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $100/hr. All late check-outs must be approved by the host before check-out time.
