This is an award winning home that has been featured in DWELL magazine multiple times. Our spacious tiny home has top of the line craftsmanship, brand new appliances and a washer /dryer! There is an outdoor Theatre and a pizza oven to enjoy the tranquil sunsets and create your private oasis amongst the trees. This one of a kind home features everything you’d find in a luxury estate but in a tiny energy saving package. Our Wi-Fi is business grade and our hot tub is always on and ready! Our bed is up the stairs as pictured in loft style and the mattress is a queen memory foam, we have an ooni pizza oven as well as a mini Weber grill!

We are located in Blenheim NY, right across from Blenheim Hill Farm. We spend a lot of time in the area and can recommend our plan your entire stay, just sheet us a note and ask!

We are happy to guide you thru the dozens of organic farms within 5 miles of our beautiful tiny home.

In the fall, the landscape transforms into a vibrant tapestry of colors as the foliage turns into a dazzling display of reds, oranges, and yellows. With Mine Kill park 5 min away you can enjoy the biggest park in the Catskills as well as a pool and multiple Grills!

- The nebula projector must be charged and has a 4 hour battery life
- The bed is a loft style bed that you have to take the stairs to as pictured
- PLEASE PLEASE do not forget to leave the key in the lock box, if you do forget it is a $75 charge
- Please be honest if you`re bringing a pet and make sure they are house trained
- We have a $60 pet fee
- We are locals so if there`s anything you want to know about he area please just ask, we have lots of recs.
- Please make sure you close the hot tub after use and keep it coxed while its heating up.
- Our fridge is a mini fridge but it does have a freezer and a space for wine.
- We have a pizza oven! you will need wood chips for it.
- We don`t allow Cats because of other guests and our own allergies
- Please clean up after your pups
