Secluded Mountain Retreat - Little Canoe

Welcome to Little Canoe, your secluded mountain house escape located in the gated community of Big Canoe which is a premium destination in the foothills in the North Georgia Mountains. Little Canoe is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view at 2400 foot elevation, or explore the beautiful scenery nearby.

This house has plenty of natural light with a wall of windows. Fast Windstream WIFI throughout house. Plenty of board games for family fun.

There are three bedrooms (master on main), and two and a half baths. We have a well-equipped kitchen and full washer and dryer on the main level. Propane grill on the deck.

Each television comes with YouTube TV and live streaming. You are welcome to log into any of your streaming accounts during your stay. Towels and linens are provided, as well as a bathroom amenity kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion) for each bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with dishwashing soap and detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. We have a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, with starter pods and tea sampler.

Key code on front door. Covered parking for two vehicles and sloped driveway can easily accommodate three cars.

No pets please as we keep this property allergy-free for our guests and owners.

Resort Amenities in Big Canoe are a separate charge.

Other things to note

You will need to provide us with the names of your guests before your visit so we can register them with the gates. It is very important this is provided to prevent delays with entrance to the community and booking amenity reservations. The roads in Big Canoe have an incline but they are paved and maintained, so all vehicles can navigate. Little Canoe is located at 2400 ft. elevation, and so we recommend grocery shopping on your way to the property. The POA at Big Canoe is very strict about guests following all the rules and regulations of the community. Please be courteous to homeowners and the area: no speeding, loud music, and noise past 10 pm. Following the rules will allow short-term rentals to continue for everybody’s enjoyment.
