Pack up the whole family and make your way to this warm and very inviting Big Canoe home tucked away in a quiet, gated community close to hiking trails, waterfalls, parks, and so much more! Jasper, located about 12 miles west of this property, is a friendly mountain community and home to terrific restaurants, wineries, and premium golf. This property is also just a mile and a half from Lake Petit for boating, swimming, and fishing (with a license).

This snowbird-friendly retreat offers an open and spacious interior with a soaring cathedral ceiling, a dining area, and a main living area with a decorative fireplace. A well-equipped, full kitchen comes complete with Keurig and drip coffee makers, an ice maker, a blender, and plenty of other accessories to make it easy to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. You'll also find a desk and chair up in the loft for your laptops and a game room with a pool table for when you're craving a little friendly competition. For other ways to wind down, give the record player a listen or watch one of the four TVs throughout the home, three of which have cable and one being a smart TV.

Outdoors on the expansive front porch, dine alfresco at the pub-height table, or close out your days gathered around the propane fire table. At the back of the home, the expansive deck boasts additional seating, a gas grill, and a private hot tub - the perfect spot for soothing your trail-weary muscles and enjoying the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest, all from the privacy of your fenced-in yard.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and cooling central air-conditioning for those warm summer days.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
