## Access
The Villa sits in a quiet road, minutes from the town of Ispra and the lake. The property is completely private and the entrance is via electric gates, the driveway has a relatively steep incline and arrives directly infront of the villa. Parking for 3 cars inside grounds, alternative parking is available outside the grounds, opposite the entrance. The location is easy to find and navigate.

## Neighborhood
Ispra is located in the Lombardy region, the center is a short drive away while Angera (7 km) is a 10 minute away and Laveno is a 20 minute drive away (13 km) where you can find many shops, restaurants and stunning views of the lake. You can hop on the ferry to reach Intra in the Piemonte region.

## Transit
Ispra to Laveno is approx 18 minutes (13 km), from there you can take the ferry to Intra (Piemonte region).
From Malpensa airport to the villa is approx 45 minutes (35 km).
