• Parking is available at US$25 per day (No Valet Parking service). (Fee is subject to change without notice). Subject to availability at check in, spaces are limited.
Things to know
• A resort fee of USD 10 per accommodation, per night, will be charged at the property.

• Refundable deposit:

Refundable deposit (Credit card only) (for any incidentals during the stay) of $100 USD payable upon check in. In the absence of any incident or extra charge, the refund is made.

• This is a condominium resort
• Cleaning service is provided once a week in a 7-night minimum stay.
• Additional charge for optional daily cleaning service per day: US$35.00.
• Free Shuttle to the beach.
• The unit number can be different from the one printed on this confirmation, as the condominium may assign another unit from the same type and capacity.
• 3 handicap units upon request.
• Free transportation to the beach
• Check-In: 4:00pm. If you believe that you will be late, you must notify the property. Check-Out: 10am. Check-outs after this time may be available, subject to availability and additional charges.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $150 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• No extra beds available
• The maximum capacity of the room cannot be exceeded.

The location of the condo within the complex was convenient, especially with the pool area directly in front of the unit. However, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.The furniture was noticeably worn, and the unit was not as clean as we had hoped. The kitchen cabinets were chipped, and the stove had visible corrosion in the bottom drawer. One of the most frustrating issues was that the second bathroom shower was unusable due to a clog. Additionally, the electrical outlets were outdated and couldn’t support modern chargers — when we requested an extension cord or solution, we were told to wait until the next day, but we were checking out by 10 a.m., so that didn’t help.Prior to booking, we reached out to ask about the possibility of an early check-in due to a medical need requiring room-temperature storage for medication. We were advised to call a few hours ahead of time to see if early access was possible. Unfortunately, when we did, the response was a firm no without any flexibility or support.While the pool area was a highlight, the condition of the unit and lack of timely assistance made the stay less enjoyable than expected. With updates to the unit and better responsiveness to guest needs, this property could offer a much better experience.

The check in experience very good. The unit was very good condition, very clean and had a great view to the marina. I didn’t like the hour of check out is to early 10:00 am, and the cost of parking 25.00 each day. The place of Club Cala so lovely and the resort makes you want to come back
