The space
With wonderful design, many water activities, a pool, many seating areas, a Fire pit, a kayak, and games at the house, your vacation is waiting for you in Florida.

- 4 Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and ample storage space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for added convenience.

- We are not refilling the propane tank so if you plan to BBQ you may have to bring the propane tank to exchange.
-The property can accommodate docking for 2 boats, both under 22’. However, please note that the lift cannot be used.

Hope this help property Manager/Owner be better next time

Day 1: Got there early was allowed acess when i got there 1.5 hours early then took off to my daughters wedding venue and disnt spend much time there. But immesiately noticed the feont area with a picnic table overgrown with weeds. As well as the pool back deck-dock area had a lot of tall weeds. The internet and password was not what they said it was the actual on that is on the modem.Day 2: Did some fishing with our own poles as the poles that were stated to be there were just poles no reels. Kayaksgreat there was 2 - 1 seaters. Day 3: Spent time cleaning the back yard area weeded yard out back cleaned up busted bag of sand as it was out back and getting drug into pool. Went to clean pool and the skimmer was half gone ripped and missing wouldnt clean pool as it was starting to get dirty. But all with house was well and kids enjoyed the fishing and pool.Day 4 Woke up to and inch of water in master bath floor as the toilet was leaking out the bowl seal . Water was gone but that was the city main not in there control. Pool was dirtier and the skimmer and pump wasnt working well. Wrote the owners about the issues and they just replied with yes city said main was broke and being fixed thats all. Nothing about pool or toilet. So at that point we spent the rest of our trip bucket flushing a toilet that was to not be repair or even mentioned again. I fixed pool issue and bought a skimmer net. Rest of stay was fine passed that.

Great Location, poor host

Booking was easy. Day of arrival, the host sent the wrong information, could not get in. Host would not respond. Contacted VRBO, they couldn't get a response from the host. 1hr 10min laer VRBO offered us a full refund. We decided to give host until 6pm, 2hrs after check in, because we had a car full of groceries sitting in a runnin car. About 5:30 we got new check-in information from the host, no explanation. We got in, took off our shoes and obviously the floor was not cleaned very well, could feel sand all through out the main living area. One of the bedrooms had 2 outlets not secured to the wall properly and hanging out about 1/2". If we had kids that would have been an issue. Also batteries were either missing or low in the smoke alarms causing them to incessantly beep. The king bed was a memory foam mattress, but was on a regular bed frame and only had a few slats to support it. Very uncomfortable. It had construction material stuffed everywhere. It was obvious that it wasn't quite ready to be rented. The pool are was great and price was fair. There were some damages to the furniture and stain on carpet that was not in the photos. Contacted host to see if we could get a late check out to make up for the late check in. The contacted us back the night before check out and said no because of the cleaners. So I ask to be reimbursed for the late check in and frustration. No response. 30 minutes before check out, car already packed, they approved a late check out. We left.

The access code didn't work but when I called they immediately gave me another, some small appliances and any needed large pots pans we had to supply and bowls...needs updated kitchenware for larger groups/8ppl but wonderful area near attractions and water ! Amazing short stay!

This canal home was absolutely stunning. Beautiful inside & out. Open and very spacious. The communication was very punctual and answered all questions timely & to the point. We would love to stay again one day.
