The primary bedroom is equipped with a large TV and a spacious en suite bath. Enjoy time together in the chef's kitchen, screened porch, and beautifully landscaped yard.

Indoors, the upgrades at Quiet Fairways present multiple levels for family fun. The main level provides a TV, and comfy sofas are ready for great spectator sports. The basement has a beautiful workspace for those who can't wait for tasks. The relaxing basement offers games, a TV, and a kitchenette. Be prepared to enjoy ample indoor seating options when socializing and lounging are both a priority.

The living room at Quiet Fairways boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a coffee nook. Just off the living room, the dining room hosts a table that can accommodate the whole group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be cooked to taste in a kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a granite central island with barstool seating. The large laundry room is well equipped for handling messes from a day at the community pool or golf course.

The community has wonderful shared amenities, such as a Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course, two outdoor pools, an indoor Olympic-size pool, jacuzzis and kids' pools, a gym, tennis courts, pickleball courts with a playscape, and a private beach. Two on-site restaurants are convenient to this community.

Outdoors, you arrive at easy, private parking, a welcoming front porch, a paved terrace with a garden, and curated seating.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
