The room was nice and very appealing upon walking in. There was a balcony with a decent view of the city,modern furniture, and appliances that were up to date. Once I turned the lights on, the room revealed some not so pleasant secrets. The first thing I noticed was the pale white spots on the sofa which ruled out us using it the entire stay. In the bathroom, the towels were folded very neatly and placed in the proper area, but one set of towels had a brown residue across the set of towels. Overall, the room did not feel like it yet cleaned properly before our arrival.
Communication was very difficult. At times it felt like trying enter an escape room mostly because of my inexperience with this type of check in. However, I will say that the fob and the elevator system are not in sync. There were times where we spent 3-5 minutes waiting on the fob to respond to the elevator with our hands full. When we left, we did not get any email instructions for checking out other than leave a specific hangar on the door which could not be found in the room.
Thisbolace has a ton of potential, but the communication, up keep, and attention to detail has to be improved.
